A costal flood warning and wind advisories are in effect for large portions of New Jersey as the remnants of Hurricane Ian make their final march across the Garden State. Shore towns from Ocean County south are now under a coastal flood warning, up from an advisory, the National Weather Service said early Sunday morning.
