By Richard Horgan Los Angeles (Knewz) — Although the amount of people who view the spread of misinformation as a “major” problem is down from last year, it’s still substantial. The annual AP-NORC poll, conducted Sept. 9-12 with 1,003 U.S. adults, found 74 percent believe this issue is a major problem. Last year, the proportion was 82 percent. Perhaps it’s the exposure of former president Trump’s activities by the Jan. 6 committee and other bodies that has spearheaded the decline.
