The Russian TMT investment company, Kismet Capital Group, announced that it signed off on an agreement to acquire a 100% stake in Avito, the world’s largest online advertisements platform, from South African holding company Naspers. The deal has been valued at approximately RUB 151 billion ($2.4bn).
