World championship and Olympic relay medallist Vanessa Hinz of Germany hopes to have overcome injuries and illness soon to be ready for the start of the biathlon World Cup season in late November. Hinz suffered from back problems, a left foot injury, a hand injury, and also fell ill since the summer world championships in late August.
