Officials say there was no nefarious intent when an Ocean County employee emailed a spreadsheet containing personal information about 3,900 deceased Medicaid recipients to another worker. The spreadsheet was not downloaded by the recipient nor was it shared with anyone else, the state Department of Human Services said Thursday. The employee to whom the email was sent was not authorized to receive the information.
