CHICAGO — The overhead scoreboard froze at the 7:10 mark of the first quarter Monday night at the United Center with the Chicago Bulls trailing the Toronto Raptors 13-6. The scoreboard malfunction lasted about four minutes, a fitting metaphor perhaps for the Bulls’ uneven start to the 2022-23 season.
