By Gav Don in Edinburgh Russian troops have completely withdrawn from their bridgehead across the Dnepr river in Kherson oblast, which includes the cession of Kherson city and the effective demolition of the Antonovsky bridge. General Shoigu issued the withdrawal order even though Ukrainian army units had made no progress towards Kherson beyond the 30 km advance to Dudchany last month.
