A Bridgeton man was sentenced to 16 years in prison after he was tried for a second time for sexually assaulting a girl over a three-year time period, officials said. A Cumberland County jury found Pascual Juan-Matias, 54, guilty of sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child for incidents that occurred between November 2006 and November 2009, according to Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae.
