Russia on Wednesday ended its suspension of an agreement allowing the export of Ukrainian grain via the Black Sea. The Defence Ministry in Moscow said that it had decided to return to the deal, which it had suspended on Saturday after a vessel belonging to Russia’s Black Sea Fleet was damaged in a Ukrainian drone strike.
