A former employee in a bank call center in New Jersey admitted he used customer account information to help steal about $523,000. Jamere Hill-Birdsong, 33, of Mount Holly, pleaded guilty Tuesday to one count of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for New Jersey said in a statement.
