MEXICO CITY (Reuters) -Tropical Storm Orlene dumped heavy rains across Mexico’s west-central Pacific coastline on Monday and headed farther inland after it made landfall earlier in the day as a Category 1 hurricane, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) said.
