The Supreme Court seems to have settled into a comfortable routine lately. The conservative majority spends the term dismantling treasured precedents and rights for wide swathes of the population in defiance of public sentiment. Those whose rights have been abridged take umbrage and protest the loss of their bodily autonomy, for example. Once the term is over the same justices who stomped all over the constitution embark on speaking tours telling fellow Federalist Society members how they are the victims.
