Hackers likely stole the personal data of about 300,000 customers of Japanese carmaker Toyota, the company said on Friday. “We’ve established that 296,019 customer email addresses and the reference numbers linked to them may have been compromised,” said the company. Anyone who uses the Toyota online T-Connect service might be affected.
