[pymatgen] pymatgen is vulnerable to Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDoS)

An exponential ReDoS (Regular Expression Denial of Service) can be triggered in the pymatgen PyPI package, when an attacker is able to supply arbitrary input to the GaussianInput.from_string method.
