A leading aid organization is halting its operations in Ukraine until further notice following Russian missile attacks on Kiev and other major cities. The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) has staff in several of the cities that were attacked and its secretary general Jan Egeland announced on Monday that they are suspending operations until it is safe to continue.
