ORLANDO, Fla. — Another possible disturbance emerged Monday morning on the National Hurricane Center’s radar, leaving meteorologists to turn their attention toward the southwestern Caribbean Sea. An area of disturbed weather north of where Tropical Storm Julia is located is forecast to move westward toward the far southwest Gulf of Mexico during the next day or two, the NHC said in its 8 a.m. update.
