According to Miami authorities, a fire that started in the parking lot of Hard Rock Stadium during a home game between the Dolphins and New England Patriots that destroyed or damaged an estimated 11 vehicles in the parking lot occurred because a barbecue pit was placed under one of those cars at the end of the tailgate period.
