By Alex Lang New York (Knewz) — Not just one and done. A vast majority of families said their college-bound student applies to several colleges — with some hitting double digits. A recent survey by College Ave Student Loans found that 90 percent of parents said their student would apply to up to 10 colleges. Roughly 31 percent of students said their student applied to between six and 10 schools. Many high school seniors are starting to make decisions on where they will attend higher education.
