By Richard Horgan Los Angeles (Knewz) — Good news for the GOP, most of the popular governors belong to their party. Every three months, Morning Consult takes the temperature of state governor bases. The latest picture is a might rosy one for the Republican party. Nine out of the 10 governors with the highest approval ratings are Republican. The only Democrat on the list is Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear.
