The Uva Provincial Open Badminton Championship will be held at Bandarawela St. Thomas Indoor Sports Complex from 16 to 20 November. It is organised by the Uva Provincial Badminton Association under the auspices of the Sri Lanka Badminton. The championship will see events being conducted under a number of age groups and categories, Under-13, Under-15, Under-17 and Under-19 boys singles, doubles, girls singles, doubles and mixed doubles in junior classes and senior categories from Over-30 to Over -70.
