Vidullanka PLC this week announced the official commissioning of the Vavunathivu Solar Power plant by the joint venture company; Solar Universe Ltd. The ground mounted solar power project with 10 MWac is developed with a total investment of Rs. 2.4 billion, ceremonially connected to the national grid by Power and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera.
