The pan-European STOXX 600 index rose 0.1%, hovering near 11-week highs. Informa Plc jumped 5.8% after the events organiser raised its full-year earnings outlook, helping London’s blue-chip FTSE 100 index outperform its regional peers with a 0.9% rise.
