The ground beef in some HelloFresh meal kits might have been contaminated with E. coli, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). The affected products were shipped to customers between July 2-22 and are no longer available to buy, so a full recall was not issued.
