By Alex Lang New York (Knewz) — Americans have seen a drop in some of their basic civic knowledge, an annual survey found. This week, the University of Pennsylvania released the results of the Annenberg Civics Knowledge Survey. The survey has been conducted each year since 2013 in connection to Constitution Day, which is Sept. 17.
