Swiss food and beverage giant Nestle reported Wednesday that sales increased 9.2% in the nine months to the end of September, from last year’s 63.3 billion Swiss francs to 69.1 billion francs ($69.1 billion), and raised its fiscal year outlook. Organic growth, which does not include currency effects and acquisitions, rose 8.5% and was broad-based across most geographies and categories, despite the headwinds from inflation.
