By David Wetzel New York (Knewz) — Two Chicago police officers are facing felony charges for allegedly shooting an unarmed man in an incident caught on video. This week, The Civilian Office of Police Accountability released video of the July 22 incident. It showed a man meeting up with two others for a brief conversation before two of them walk toward what turns out to be an unmarked police vehicle.
