According to a poll on customer service, 22 percent of Americans say they would rather spend a night in jail than call customer service. Another 30 percent of people would rather do their taxes, 28 percent would rather go to the dentist, 25 percent would rather go to the DMV and 24 percent would rather shave their head, KKTV reported.
