By smcpolin@thekmgroup.co.uk (Sean McPolin) A woman has been treated by paramedics following a laundry room fire. Two engines were sent to a home in Castle Field, Tonbridge, at around 9.55am this morning. Crews tackled a fire in the laundry room before leaving the scene just over an hour later. A fire service spokesman said: “Crews wearing breathing apparatus put out the fire and used a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear the smoke. “One female casualty was left in the care of the ambulance service.”
