The emergency services attended the accident shortly before 3pm on the A228 Grain Road on the Hoo Peninsula. The road was blocked both ways between The Street and High Street in Stoke. Eye witnesses said they saw the air ambulance land at the scene. Police and the ambulance service have been contacted for comment.
